How true that Sanitary Napkins Could Cause Cancer?

Many of us are fond  of using sanitary napkins that are very known to us because of it's good type of advertisements. But many news are spreading that sanitary napkins are causing cancer in bladder and uterus. Last year, a story spread with the title "56 girls died because of using Whispher, Stayfree and etc." the said post had gone viral  to social media especially to women's who are fond of using the said brands of feminine napkins.  Many of them are alarmed and also got scared because they are using the same the same brand of napkins every month. According to the reports, it is because of the chemicals that was used into the napkins, a single pad that was used for a whole day can cause cancer in bladder and uterus. A Chain  message had been forwarded to ladies all over the world to alarm them about the said issue on sanitary napkins.

Here's what the message saids, “Attention !!!
FORWARD AS U RECEIVE:

 56 girls died because of using whisper, stayfree, etc.
One Single pad for the whole day because of the chemical used in Ultra Napkins. Which converts liquid into gel. It causes cancer in bladder & uterus.
So please try to use cotton made pads and if you are using ultra pads, Please change that within 5 hours, per day, at least. If the time is prolonged the blood becomes green & the fungus formed gets inside the uterus & body.
Please don’t feel shy to fwd this message to all girls and even boys so that they can share with their wives n friends, whom they care for.

But the truth is a mix of fact and fiction. The fact, the manufacturers are not allowed to disclose the ingredients used in sanitary napkin, tampons or diapers so that this issue had alarmed the worldwide. According also to the manufacturers, these feminine  napkins are considered as "medical services". According also to them, the common sanitary napkins are known to have crude oil, plastic and other potentially harmful chemicals that are used in odor neutralizes and fragrance. But the fiction about the said issue are, there are no 56 women's  who  died because of using the said sanitary napkins and and the Tata Memorial Hospital professed neither knowing nor  endorsing the said stated claims. Before buying a product you should  know if it good or bad for you. We all do not know what is true or not from the said statements. But always remember that you are always the one who is responsible for your own health.
